At Leviton Online Store, we stand behind the quality of our electrical and electronic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic components in their original, unopened packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a successful inspection process.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
